Our Fall Pick: Pumpkin Latte

Make the most of every coffee ritual—because coffee means much more than just coffee. It's a shared experience, a savored moment, and a time to connect over something meaningful. Indulge in the signature drink of the fall season with our Pumpkin Latte recipe, best enjoyed with a friend.

Ingredients

Equipment

  • Espresso grinder
  • Espresso machine
  • Steaming pitcher

Procedures

  1. Step 1: Add pumpkin pie sauce to the cup.
  2. Step 2: Pull espresso shot directly over the sauce.
  3. Step 3: During espresso extraction, steam your milk “latte style” and prepare milk to pour, swirling and tapping out excess air.
  4. Step 4: Pour steamed milk into cup until it is half full.
  5. Step 5: Stir well.
  6. Step 6: Pour additional steamed milk into the cup to the rim, leaving room for whipped cream if desired.
  7. Step 7: Top with whipped cream (optional).
